Operation Smile Ireland

Operation Smile is an international medical charity that has provided hundreds
of thousands of free surgeries for children and young adults in developing
countries who are born with cleft lip, cleft palate, or other facial deformities.
Since 1982, the charity has extended its global reach to more than 60 countries
worldwide.

Operation Smile has built a comprehensive fundraising programme
consisting of individual giving, community fundraising, corporate giving, trust
and foundation fundraising, and Government aid. However, with these activities
becoming more and more complex, the team at Operation Smile Ireland
recognised the need for a dedicated fundraising solution that would enable
it to build up a history of donor interactions and identify new opportunities to
generate income.
